Scenes from the horse paddock

52 rolls

Late afternoon the horses like to have a feed in the top paddock on the young green pick and clover. Meanwhile their home paddock gets a tidy, manure is collected, empty feeders are filled with hay, and the trough is filled with water.

On the wall of their shed hang toys, and out the back, posts for making gates for training, and tyres for stepping round. The old fence posts have weathered many seasons, and with the coming of summer the boys are losing their winter coats when brushed.

I reckon the horses are quite content.Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 17Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 1Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 5Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 19Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 11Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 4Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 12Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 10Oct 2014 OM2 Extreme100 RO9(1.100) stand 18
